Our old set-top boxes (decoders) run on old technology (H.264) while our new setup Boxes run on a new technology (H.265) which is not compatible with the old. Kindly relate to our dealers.
We operate an A la carte system (It gives you the opportunity to select your channels and Pay as You Go). Kindly refer to our Channel Pricing for more information.

Anyone with installation experience can install our set-top box (decoder) with the right parameters. (However, we recommend an experienced installer).
